YOGA IN THE KITCHEN
Yoga is a way of life and food being a part of life is a part of yoga. In fact one of our yoga teachers back in India insists that “yoga begins in the kitchen”.
In ancient hatha yoga texts there are many references to ‘mitahara’ (how our diet effect both our body and mind). As most of Manju’s students know he is a real vegetarian foodie so much so that he studied culinary arts full time for two years and holds a City and Guilds Diploma in the subject. Sian is less fussy and just likes all vegetarian food that is put in front of her!
In this short course we will show you how easy a yogic diet is to prepare and how very delicious it is when prepared properly.
