Yes, yoga does wonderful things for your body and mind but as mentioned on the “Benefits of Yoga” page, after practising for a while, many people feel a greater sense of connection both to themselves and others.

There are many, many ways that you can serve others in every moment of your life and also many charitable projects that you can get involved in. Here are some of the projects that Sanjeevani Yoga supports. We would love you to get involved by supporting the projects that we run from time to time, like our toy collections for Nepal (ROKPA) and India (Seva Sankalp), (Kashika), (Ramana’s Garden)…..
