I confirm that I have provided Sanjeevani Yoga with a signed healthform and I further represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these recorded yoga classes. I agree to take full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these classes and knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against Sanjeevani Yoga for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these classes. I hereby take full and sole responsibility for any liability or loss associated with these yoga classes. I agree not to download or forward any of these recordings. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Sanjeevani Yoga for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read this release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
