Yoga is a way of life and food being a part of life is a part of yoga. In fact one of my yoga teachers back in India insists that “yoga begins in the kitchen”.
In ancient hatha yoga texts there are many references to ‘mitahara’ (how our diet effect both our body and mind). As most of my students know I am also a fully qualified chef and food is my passion. In these classes I will show you how easy and delicious the yogic diet really is.
