Beginners are very welcome to attend any of my classes.
There is a set of handouts for beginners. Each handout explains in more detail just one of the asanas (yoga poses) we practice in class, a little bit of yoga philosophy and a vegetarian recipe. You can refer to them at home should you wish to develop a home practice. If you would like a copy of these handouts please ask me.
Beginners are asked to sign a form confirming that they have no illness or injuries that prevent them practising yoga. If you prefer you can download and print it off here and bring it with you to class:
