Sanjeevani Yoga is a complete and balanced yoga practice including: asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and dhyana (meditation) with a strong focus on relaxation.

I want my students to understand that yoga is not an exercise class that they come to once or twice a week. A complete and balanced practice of yoga is a way of life that leads not just to a healthier body but a happier, calmer and more fulfilling experience of life.
Class gives you the space to experience your true nature blissful, expansive but the real practice is to remain mindful of this through the rest of your busy week.
